Yes. We match a primary caregiver to each client based on their care plan, location, and schedule. For clients who need more hours than one caregiver can cover, we build a small consistent care team - every caregiver on that team is briefed on the same care plan and knows the client's routine. We don't rotate strangers. If anything changes, you're notified before it happens.
Do you actually serve rural Ontario?
