If Aviora is the right fit, they explain exactly how care would work - including timeline, caregiver matching, and the care plan process. If Aviora is not the right fit, they say so.

Care starts in 24-48 hours

Once a care plan is approved, a matched caregiver arrives within 24-48 hours. The matched caregiver returns every visit. No referral required. No waitlist.

Do I need a referral or doctor's note to contact Aviora?

No. Aviora is a private home care provider. You do not need a physician referral, OHIP authorization, or an Ontario Health atHome assessment. You call or submit the form, and we take it from there.
