Aviora Healthcare operates online portals for caregivers and family members (collectively, "Portals"). If you are granted access to a Portal, you agree to:

• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with others
• Use the Portal only for its intended purpose in connection with active care services
• Notify Aviora Healthcare immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• Not attempt to access accounts, records, or data that do not belong to you

Portal access may be suspended or revoked if these conditions are violated or if the associated care arrangement ends. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of credentials you failed to protect.

9. reCAPTCHA & Automated Security

Our public forms use Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise to distinguish legitimate users from bots. By submitting any form on this site, you agree to the collection and processing of device signals by Google as described in our Privacy Policy. If you are unable to complete a form due to reCAPTCHA, please contact us directly by phone or email.

16. Non-Solicitation

While using this site or receiving services from Aviora Healthcare, you agree not to directly solicit, recruit, or hire any caregiver, staff member, or contractor introduced to you through Aviora Healthcare, except through Aviora Healthcare directly. This applies during the period of service and for twelve (12) months following the end of that relationship. Violation of this provision may result in a claim for damages or other appropriate remedy.

17. Accessibility
