We review care needs, daily routines, health context, and scheduling preferences. No forms, no referral needed. 20-30 minutes.
2. Caregiver match
We select a PSW whose skills and temperament fit the individual. You confirm the match before care begins. If it's not right, we address it before the first visit.
3. Care begins
Your PSW arrives knowing the routine. Same person, same day each week. Same-day family updates after every visit. If anything changes, we tell you first.
